To get the discount, all applications must be received by March 31st! Applications received after March 31st will be charged the regular price.
TIME OF FESTIVAL:
Saturday from 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm (no vehicles allowed after 12:05 am)
WHAT TO BRING TO SET UP:
Exhibitors must provide their own tables, displays, and tents for shelter from rain or sun.
All tents and displays must be free-standing and secured with weights – ABSOLUTELY NO HAMMERING INTO THE CONCRETE!
SET-UP TIMES:
Vendors may set up on Saturday, 9:00 am -12:00 pm.
All vendors must be set up on Saturday by 12:30 pm.
No cars will be allowed in the vendor staging area on Saturday after 12:01 p.m. We suggest using handcarts to transport your merchandise in and out of the staging area.

PACK-UP TIMES:
Vendors may not pack up before 10:00 pm
